Boasting a magnificent location in the heart of the city, between Valencia's Central Market and Town Hall Square, media-savvy chef Rakel Cernicharo offers diners a highly cosmopolitan and personal cuisine, based on Mediterranean food but with a number of modern international fusion dishes, always seeking to convey her emotions and thoughts (in addition to being a chef, she is also an artist, with a large mural in the dining room and drawings in her notebook explaining her gastronomic concept).
