Located inside the JW Marriott Hotel, this restaurant really lives up to its name. Dark wood furniture, oversized leather chairs and monochrome photos of US cities evoke images of a classic Manhattan steakhouse. A selection of cuts are available – including those from the US, Australia and Japan – and the knowledgeable service team are on hand to help guide your decision. Start with the Caesar salad, tossed tableside with a dressing made from scratch, then finish with the creative and equally theatrical ‘Bomb Alaska’ dessert.
