• Late check-out availability must be checked in advance with the Receptionist, and are chargeable as follows:
• - 50% of the daily room rate is charged for the extension stay up to 5:00pm.
• - From 5:01pm onwards, a full daily rate will be applied.

• ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY:
• - 625,000 VND per person per night (includes extra roll-away bed, breakfast, taxes & service charges)
• - For children under 5 years old, free of charge if sharing existing bed with adults (including breakfast).

• - 577,000 VND per way for 4-seater car;
• - 628,000 VND per way for 7-seater car;
• - 908,000 VND per way for 16-seater minivan

• The hotel's check-out process takes at least 5 minutes. Please arrange your time accordingly to ensure you are on schedule for your trip or itinerary.
• Valuables must be kept in the safety box provided in the room. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss/damage for items left outside the safety box.
• There are 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee on the room's table which are complimentary. Others such as minibar, snacks are chargeable upon check out.
• A surcharge of 10 USD will be applied for each keycard missing.
• Smoking, Fresh Durian, Seafood are not permitted in hotel premises (a penalty of 2,000,000 VND will be charged to cover cleaning fee).
• Fees will apply for each towel or blanket that is soiled or torn beyond repair. Charges will be applied to each product.
• Each hotel guest is solely responsible for complying with the instructions and guidelines given by the hotel. Please be fully informed of the hotel's swimming pool's safety regulations. The hotel is not liable for any injuries/accidents relating to the terms provided in the guidelines.
