BASK is depicted by a mix of untreated vintage details and a buzzy, rock’n roll vibe. The refrigerated counter is piled high with seafood treats, which are then cooked over a wood-fired asador grill. The chefs have perfected the art of BBQ and craft a lineup of dishes to share of Basque inspiration, loaded with creative touches.
