Tapping into the region is the name of the game here. In an inviting traditional inn atmosphere, diners tuck into delicious, aromatic dishes that are true to the local ingredients used. There is a wide selection of vegetarian, meat and fish dishes, as well as the classics of this type of establishment. Choosing a wine is no mean feat either – there is a separate menu for Veltliners, white wines, red wines, foreign wines and magnum bottles.

"We live and breathe sustainability! Our entire operation is certified organic. We source our ingredients within a 66km radius, have our own organic farm on which we cultivate over 400 plants, we generally use animals in their entirety – when it comes to fish, we do this without exception. Moreover, our whole facility is equipped with photovoltaic panels, our employees have access to four electric cars, we minimise our energy consumption and do our own composting etc."
