Founded by the late chef Margarita Forés, who trained in Italy and France, Lusso brings classic European elegance to Greenbelt 5. Dishes such as foie gras brûlée and spinach tagliolini reflect her roots; Lusso tiramisu croccante is a playful twist on the classic dessert.
