Here, every single unit, whether on the beach or over the lagoon, is essentially a penthouse suite: a self-contained villa, retreat, or residence designed not in a thatched-roof traditional style but in a modernist style that’s reminiscent of Miami Beach, complete with a rooftop lounge for sunning and dining and a pink-rimmed infinity pool.
