Chef Jorge Vallejo delivers the best of both worlds at this two-in-one space where Aúna Café welcomes guests with breakfast and lunch, and Aúna Restaurant invites more serious diners. Enter through a separate door to access the light-filled restaurant where abundant greenery sets a natural tone, and exposed brick and natural elements create a cozy and enticing space. Of course, it's the flavorful, contemporary cooking that takes center stage. Every detail is given the highest regard, and seasonal produce shines in dishes like such as jitomates rostizados and lobina rayada with salsa romesco. Everything is light and delicious to the very end, with a refreshing dessert of piña-coco sealing the deal.
