In the northwest of Nuremberg, this chic little restaurant boasts a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. Here, owner and chef de cuisine Tomas Spanu, who has Sardinian-French heritage, serves a set menu comprising four or five courses – pleasingly streamlined and ingredient focused.
