Next-door to La Pyramide, the décor of the Henriroux family’s second venture, entwined in a leafy verdant slant, boasts a conservatory that leads onto the patio. A concise but varied menu stars top-drawer ingredients: aromatic poultry terrine with Mirabelle plum seasoning; tataki of tuna grilled on a Japanese BBQ with smashed potato, crunchy fennel and a rhubarb-laced dressing.
