"We are part of a farm which owns a stone mill. We grow and process local organic grain and – thanks to a study carried out in collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Firenze – we are creating and bringing together different agricultural activities in order to encourage the development of organic methods in the region in the name of biodiversity. The flour is then used to make bread, cakes and pastries, as well as fresh pasta."
