Situated in the historic centre of the picturesque village of Suvereto, this restaurant boasts a traditional decor of wood and stone. The menu includes dishes made from the restaurant’s own grains, as well as a selection of meat and fish specialities.

"We are part of a farm which owns a stone mill. We grow and process local organic grain and – thanks to a study carried out in collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Firenze – we are creating and bringing together different agricultural activities in order to encourage the development of organic methods in the region in the name of biodiversity. The flour is then used to make bread, cakes and pastries, as well as fresh pasta."
