Lovely gardens surround this delightful, family-owned country house, which comes with bespoke designer bedrooms and charming service. Start with a drink in one of the comfortable lounges before heading through to the elegant restaurant, where a spot on the terrace is a must in summer. The multi-course menu showcases refined, modern creations in dishes which pay tribute to the locality, as well as the chef’s Swabian roots. Both wine and non-alcoholic drinks pairings are on offer, along with fermented beverages crafted from local fruits and vegetables.
