Inspired by Mt Wakakusa’s famous ‘burning mountain’, food is cooked over a wood flame, imparting a smoky fragrance while preserving moisture. The name COMMUNICO means ‘understanding each other’ in Italian, a prayer that food creators and diners will find mutual understanding here.
