The Domaine de Rymska has been beautifully restored, and while the rooms and suites honor the building’s historical roots, they’re a contemporary creation rather than an antique restoration. And despite its small size, Domaine de Rymska’s comforts are very much up to luxury-hotel standard — and the restaurant, La Table de Rymska, makes culinary art from the produce of the estate.
