You can’t quite reduce the appeal of the Hotel de la Coupole to its most salient architectural feature, but it’s not unfair to expect a place with so unique a visual identity to also be remarkable in other ways. This French Indochine–style marvel opened just a handful of years ago, and is the first modern luxury hotel in the Vietnamese mountain town of Sapa.
