• Front Desk staff is available from 7am - 10pm. If you plan for an after-hours arrival, check-in arrangements will be made with you directly via the phone number and email address provided at booking. Emergency after-hours help can be reached at (805) 221-7377.
• The property provides one parking space per room, but due to the property's layout, it is not assigned. Please see the front desk if you cannot find the allotted spot. There is nearby street parking available for additional vehicles. Farmhouse is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles.
• Keys must be returned by 11 am. Late check-out opportunities are based on availability and incur a fee: $40 for a 12 pm checkout, or $50 for a 1 pm checkout. After 1pm, the guest is subject to the full night’s room rate + tax.
• Each room receives one key. Extra keys must be signed out separately and are also subject to the lost key fee. Each lost key is subject to a $250 replacement and door relock fee.
• Dogs are the only pets permitted at the hotel. A fee of $50 per dog (limit 2) per stay will be added to the reservation. Dogs must be on leash at all times and accompanied by the owner at all times. Dogs must not be left alone in rooms at any time during your stay. Failure to adhere to either of these policies could result in a $500 fee per incident.
• Farmhouse Paso Robles strives to provide a peaceful experience for all guests. Please be mindful of quiet hours in common areas from 10pm - 9am. Guests can be asked to return to their rooms if disruptive to other guests. If disruptiveness occurs in room, guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
• The hotel is a non-smoking facility and smoking or vaping is not permitted in the rooms or on patios. Smoking is restricted to the designated smoking area by lawn and the guest parking lot. Smoking inside could result in a damage assessment of up to $500.
• A valid credit card is required at check-in. An incidental hold of $100 will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released upon check-out. Debit Cards are not recommended for use, since this hold will freeze funds in the checking account.
• Double rooms have a maxium occupancy of up to 4 guests. All other room types have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. We do not provide any rollaways, cribs, or pullouts. Non-adherence to this policy may result in a forfeiture of your reservation.
• Any bookings of 5 or more rooms must be booked as an event. Groups that do not book as an event are subject to cancellation without refund.
