So close, in fact, that its spa, built around the springs’ mineral-rich thermal waters, is Fontsanta’s main draw and namesake — the name, after all, means “sacred fountain.” But this quietly stylish adults-only retreat has plenty to offer beyond its subterranean springs, like privileged views over the spectacular landscape and a guests-only beach club on Es Trenc, one of the island’s loveliest stretches of shoreline.
A collection of stone buildings houses the restaurant, spa, and two levels of guest rooms, all of which open onto private furnished terraces.
