The 50 rooms are smartly laid out, with locally sourced materials, clever lighting, and breezy balconies overlooking the pool and plenty of little comforts for downtime between adventures. The all-day restaurant takes design cues from the region’s limestone cliffs, and opens onto a terrace for al fresco dining, perhaps after an aperitif at the Poolside Bar. The locally sourced menu focuses on fresh seafood alongside a mix of Asian and Continental dishes, and on Friday nights the hotel fires up the grill for its weekly fire buffet. Other facilities include a gym and the Sea Tree Spa, where soothing treatments are based around natural local ingredients and traditional Filipino therapies.
