There’s much to be said for remaining on site, thanks to the lovely swimming pool, the Anthós restaurant, and the more casual Blue Door Taverna. Of particular note is the Phāea Farmers Feast, where guests pick fresh ingredients alongside the hotel’s chef before dining on a meal served around a communal table.
