On the eighth floor of the Hilton hotel, the elegant dining room perfectly embodies the refined, international atmosphere one would expect in such a setting, enhanced by soft lighting and gentle music. The menu, too, has a global flair: Asian-inspired dishes such as Tom Yum soup, Gyoza dumplings, and a wide selection of nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls. There’s also room for simpler and occasionally Mediterranean preparations—both meat and fish—presented tableside from a trolley, along with crab, lobster, and a selection of fresh salads.
