Absolutely in keeping with the spirit of the times: "casual fine dining" under the same roof as the Marc O'Polo Strandcasino store. The head chef in this stylish little restaurant is André Kähler, whose modern, boldly creative 6-course menu is full of beautifully expressive flavours. Each course comes with a small card explaining the inspiration behind it. The chic interior design and pleasantly relaxed and professional service team are also noteworthy. Tip: The small delicatessen corner where, for example, the wines served can be bought to enjoy at home.
