                        Located in the Manoir de la Mortière, a carefully restored medieval fortified house, this bistro has an inviting decor featuring textured lime-washed walls, old beams, terracotta floor tiles and an original fireplace. The food sets a sincere and inviting tone, thanks to carefully prepared traditional dishes. The poached egg in red wine sauce kicks things off nicely, then comes the pearlescent hake accompanied by a creamy potato risotto. For dessert, a warm chocolate soufflé rounds off the meal on an indulgent note.
