Ein Stern: eine Küche voller Finesse
Right in front of the lake, if the view of the water is enchanting, the refinement of the dining room is no less so. Two brothers run the restaurant, Giancarlo Camanini taking care of the dining room with great amiability, Riccardo the kitchen. There are two tasting menus to choose from: History and Oscillations, each in turn in five- or seven-course versions. In the former you will find the chef's classics listed, the latter is blind, the dishes come as a surprise and are more markedly seasonal. Whichever you choose, expect extraordinary cuisine, highly personalised and creative, for a great experience.
