In this contemporary space with an urban vibe that blends in perfectly with its paintings, tiled walls and natural stone, the main features here are the elegant counter, where customers can watch the magic happen, plus the charming outdoor patio. At the helm in the kitchen, French chef Hervé Pronzato (after whom the restaurant takes its name, ably assisted by Grigoris Kikis and George Efthimopoulos (front of house manager), conjures up fusion dishes influenced by French, Asian and Italian cuisine which can savoured on a single tasting menu.
