Una Estrella : una cocina de gran nivel

This is the gourmet restaurant at the hotel of the same name, one of the most luxurious in the Val Gardena. The elegant, contemporary dining room has an intimate and minimalist feel, which provides the backdrop for cuisine created by chef Mario Porcelli. Although originally from Puglia, Porcelli has been working in the Dolomites for many years and he is equally at home with local dishes as he is with recipes from his native region. He offers three tasting menus (Tradizione in evoluzione, Omaggio alle Dolomiti, and the vegetarian Terra), from which dishes can also be chosen à la carte style. A choice of delicious and memorable desserts and cakes, as well as an excellent selection of bread and pastries, completes the picture.
