"The Domaine has been committed to an ecological approach since its inception. Our wines are produced using agroecological methods (without pesticides, herbicides or synthetic additives); we heat the buildings using geothermal energy; and our swimming pool is filtered using plants. At the restaurant, we have a "zero miles" philosophy when it comes to sourcing our supplies."
