And though the interiors have been subtly updated over the years, he’d recognize the style — the look is contemporary-classic, with an emphasis on classic. A fine restaurant serves a four-course lunch and a seven-course dinner, all crafted from local ingredients, including herbs from the hotel’s own gardens.
