Next time the British weather is letting you down and you’re pining for the Mediterranean, head to Myrtos and you’ll be cheered up in no time. It’s an elegant spot with a bright, coastal feel, an eye-catching fresh fish counter and a menu packed with classic Greek dishes to share. Start with the super breads and a choice of dips (the tirokafteri is a winner) before sharing the likes of marinated sardines and lamb moussaka. It’s a great all-round experience, in part thanks to the smooth, attentive and knowledgeable service.
