MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Housed in the Grand Hotel Toplice which stands amid some of the most popular landscapes in Slovenia, this restaurant boasts truly breathtaking views of Lake Bled from its dining room and its outdoor terrace. Here, the chef offers tasting menus of various lengths featuring meat and fish specialities with the occasional international influence, as well as a 4-course option (the Gorenjska selection menu) with a stronger regional focus. On the latter, the array of local ingredients is showcased via a delicious hazelnut crème brûlée served with ice-cream made from cherries soaked in Terrano liqueur.
