In a nod to the name of his restaurant, chef Paulo André’s professional career is as surprising and unexpected as the meanders in a river! His cisHisontemporary-style cooking will definitely leave its mark given his passion, technical skill and a strong desire to please, plus a continual focus on using locally sourced vegetables (vegetarian dishes feature on the menu), fish and meat.
