Here, passionate and dedicated Chef Andres Sen Sang fuses Asian, Latin, and other styles to create an American melting pot menu—and the result is pure bliss. Of course, nightly live music and a hopping dance floor on weekends are just more reasons to get here early.Start with delicious guacamole tucked with juicy mango, before moving on to such notable items as perfectly charred octopus served over a swish of smoked potato crema, with spicy chorizo and black olive chimichurri. Tender and fluffy pork buns paired with dragon salsa is as fresh and hearty as the classic lomo saltado, which finds new life with arroz verde.
