MICHELIN to Launch First Chefs Club Dinner Series of 2019

Ahead of the first statewide MICHELIN Guide in the United States, a series of dinners with esteemed California-based chefs will be held at Chefs Club in New York.

After such great success last year, MICHELIN and Chefs Club are joining forces once again with the introduction of a 4x4 Dinner Series at Chefs Club’s New York City location.

Kicking off on May 13 and running through June 8, the ticketed dinners (complete with wine pairings) celebrate cuisine coming out of Northern California with a lineup of all-star chefs leading MICHELIN-starred restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Carrie and Rupert Blease (of one-MICHELIN-starred Lord Stanley fame) are on deck for the entirety of the collaboration, while chefs Jason Fox (Commonwealth), Erik Andersen (Coi), Brandon Jew (Mister Jiu’s), Val Cantu (Californios) and Kyle and Katina Connaughton (SingleThread) will be partnering with them at various times throughout the duration of the series.

“These dinner collaborations that we have with MICHELIN right now are very special to us,” says Sabrina Debaets, business developer for Chefs Club New York. “They are bringing very exceptional chefs to us [representing] immense diversity in the culinary field. These dinners are really a tour de force.”

Tickets are now live via Tock. To get a glimpse of what’s in store for this collaborative effort, watch the video of last fall’s series.
