This bright and beautiful addition to the Noble Square scene arrives courtesy of the owners behind the popular mfk. Inside, the music can get loud, and the crowd even louder, but the bright lights and upbeat vibe is contagious, so have a few glasses of that vermouth (on tap!) and lean into it. You’ve landed at one of the trendiest places in town. The dinner menu is laid out in groups like "from vegetables" or "from the sea." The latter might unveil classic Basque dishes like a conserva of anchovies tossed with fennel, red onion and excellent olive oil; or even chewy razor clams bathed with a rich, herbaceous and lemony sauce. For dessert, a gargantuan strawberry crêpe tucked with quince and lemon-Neufchatel, has sweet addicts rightfully swooning.
