MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Marcore has morphed into a bistronomy bar. In this chic and relaxed new atmosphere, chef Marc Favier, still devoted to quality produce, proposes a bargain lunch set menu and a tempting short à la carte menu: organic egg and chanterelles with vin jaune, Black Angus rib steak and Béarnaise sauce, warm chocolate praline mousse and vanilla ice cream.
