The Japanese chef delivers lovely French cuisine that is full of flavour and has a distinctly Japanese feel to it; he also takes some rather original detours in his creations. The remarkable contemporary space has a large glass roof and a long counter that stretches out in front of the open kitchen, where, as in Japan, the chef officiates.
