Dune

After Plume, chef Youssef Gastli opened this diminutive restaurant where he fetes the tastes and colours of his native Tunisia and the Mediterranean – the food is rife with their scents and their spices. There is a nod to street food with pitza (a portmanteau of pita and pizza) and grandma's dishes like his lamb slow-cooked in a terracotta jar. Conviviality is the order of the day thanks to sharing plates, with portions ranging from generous starters to copious mains in terracotta dishes for several guests. The menu, regularly updated, is divided into sections (sea, land, vegetable, pitza and desserts). All of the wines are from the Mediterranean basin.
