The hospitality is low-touch, and meals are self-catered, while the swim shop has everything you need to enjoy not just the hotel’s pool but the beach as well — there’s one just across Ocean Boulevard from the hotel, and the nearby state beaches are worth a visit as well. And though the atmosphere is delightfully tranquil, you’re a scant ten-minute drive from the city of Portsmouth.
