MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The name is known to all fans of Sichuan food – and this is their second site replacing the one on Graham Street; it’s spacious and moodily dark at night. Dishes are classified ‘Ma’, ‘La’ and ‘Tang’ according to their level of spiciness – it’s best to end with a ‘La’ dish. Chilli crab always delivers, but you won’t regret ordering the glazed beef with ginger and caramelised garlic. To end the meal, nothing hits the spot quite like chilli ice cream.
