BURGUNDY
MICHELIN Guide · The 2026 Wine Selection
The MICHELIN Guide's Burgundy Selection: 94 Estates, a New Distinction, One Shared Standard of Excellence.
A benchmark region for wine lovers, Burgundy is where the modern concept of terroir took shape and was refined over centuries. Deeply rooted in heritage, the region embodies an intimate approach to winemaking, and its family-run, human-scale estates reflect a tradition of rigour and craftsmanship passed down through generations. The MICHELIN Guide's inaugural grape Selection features 94 wine estates across the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, with nine awarded the highest distinction of Three Grapes.
