March. The end of Winter and the beginning of Spring. Depending on where you're from, this is probably the only time of the year where you'll see someone wearing shorts and the next person a winter jacket—no one does March quite like the Big Apple.

One MICHELIN Star Corima’s Circle of Sharing Pop-Up Series

On Tuesday, April 15th, One MICHELIN Star Corima will host Chef Noah Sandoval of Two MICHELIN Starred Oriole for an exclusive one-night collaboration dinner ($180 per person). Expect crowd favorites from Oriole and Corima.

5-Course Easter Brunch at Joomak

Joomak, the new reboot of former One MICHELIN Star K-Town favorite Joomak Banjum, is hosting an Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 22. The service, running from 12-3 p.m., highlights Chef Jiho Kim’s pastry experience and includes dishes like a Japanese Chawanmushi egg custard with trout roe and Norwegian king crab.

Breakfast at Jean-Georges' Four Twenty Five

Courtesy of chefs Jonathan Benno and Jean-Georges, guests can now enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast set at Jean-Georges' Four Twenty Five. Inspired by Jean-Georges' travels, the menu will offer a selection of juices and smoothies, pastries, and Japanese breakfast items. Highlights include miso-glazed hake, Japanese omelet, and tofu miso soup.

L’abeille à Côté’s new menu features elevated yet playful Japanese comfort food

Shifting away from their original prix-fixe menu, L’abeille à Côté will now instead feature an exclusive a la carte menu. Courtesy of Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, guests can expect refined dishes inspired by Japanese comfort food, like yakitori skewers, bone-in tonkatsu, and matcha "Tiramitsu.”

Ma•dé’s Indonesian brunch menu

Chef Cédric Vongerichten’s French and Indonesian-inspired restaurant is taking the brunch scene by storm with their brand-new brunch menu. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 12-3PM, guests will have the opportunity to try brunch favorites with an Indonesian twist. Highlights include fried chicken & ube waffles, chicken & egg balado, and rock shrimp omelette.

On top of that, guests can also enjoy cocktails like the Bloody Maria a La Playa (tequila blanco, white miso, kelp powder).
