At first glance, you wouldn't necessarily recognise this chalet above Weiden as a restaurant. But take a closer look, because the chef here is on a mission with his interesting concept: his crystal clear cuisine is full of flavour and based on top-quality produce from the surrounding area – the speciality is trout from his own farm. The garden terrace is wonderful!
