But really, it’s Chef Ashlee Aubin’s menu that keeps this sleek dining space packed every night. Generous portions and that irresistibly lively atmosphere (a little bit sophisticated, a little bit disco) only seal the deal. Aubin has crafted a rotating, seasonal menu that's concise but packs a hefty punch. Imagine wood-oven flatbreads, topped with fennel sausage and wilted greens, melt-in-your-mouth steak tartare or tangles of spaghetti con vongole. Dinner on the other hand might involve a juicy bone-in pork chop, hearty cheeseburger, tender roasted chicken and seared scallops.
