Tourism is exploding in Croatia, especially along the country’s Adriatic coast, a stretch of shoreline that rivals nearly any other in terms of beauty, history, and hotels of all sizes.

The new selection for the fourth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Croatia celebrates the Croatian culinary scene and demonstrates its richness and diversity with four outstanding new addresses.

The country is now home to five Michelin-starred restaurants.
