Despite its name, this kitchen serves all sorts of fish and seafood along with tuna, all flown in from Misaki, Japan, three times a week. The owner also runs a tuna wholesale business, and therefore, he has control over the freshness and quality of the fish from the source, while keeping the price competitive – truly a boat-to-table concept. Don’t miss the rare tuna cuts seldom available in other Japanese restaurants, such as toumi and kamatoro.
