The owner loves the grace of the peacock and uses it as a theme throughout his restaurant. The Malaysian chef, who has worked for several hotels, leads a team of chefs who are mostly from Sichuan. Though river fish, spices and other ingredients are shipped from Sichuan, recipes are tweaked a little to render a slightly mellower taste. Diners come for their signatures such as flambéed crab, and fried frogs with green chillies.
