The kitchen team on board this lavish restaurant since 2021 also revamped the menu – luxurious ingredients from around the world, like sea cucumber, Wagyu beef, lobster and caviar, are mostly prepared with authentic Sichuanese techniques; accompanied by dishes from aristocrat cuisine. Only multi-course set menus are offered, perfect with the tea sommelier’s choices. Portion sizes are on the small side, so that diners may sample a wider variety.
