‘Dinner and a show’ at Beijing Kitchen means one and the same, as the cooking is divided between four lively show kitchens which will hold your attention. There’s a dim sum and noodle area; a duck section with two applewood-fired ovens; a wok station; and a dessert counter whose bounty is well worth leaving room for. Northern China provides many of the specialities. Ask for one of the tables under the birdcages suspended from the ceiling.
