米其林指南的觀點

The unique menu is where the owner-chef puts to work his experience with French cuisine. The meal starts with an appetiser that incorporates 20 different kinds of Kyoto vegetables and Western vegetables into a salad of sorts. The ‘foie gras awabi’ speciality is inspired by terrine. He serves white rice cooked on a traditional stove at the end to best convey the quality of the ingredients. Also popular are the various sweets to choose from, including mille-feuille and fruits in syrup.
