The owner-chef likes that good old-fashioned bar feel and the rope curtain and nostalgic Showa songs that play in the background speak of that. Familiar dishes like potato salad, ohitashi and stir-fried items make up the core of the menu. There are also seasonal seafood and vegetables like guji, unagi and manganji togarashi and chargrilled items available. Conceived by the chef’s wife, who studied yoshoku, the wagyu sandwich is a speciality to end the meal.
