This ryotei is run by Hiramatsu, which operates restaurants nationwide. On the premises, there is a house built in the sukiya-style of architecture in the latter part of the Meiji period and a carefully kept garden. The head chef trained at a famous restaurant in Gion, and he serves kaiseki cuisine that uses generous portions of seasonal ingredients. All of the dishes are elegantly prepared and mindful of tradition and season.
